QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Framesi's COMMITMENT will therefore be focused on:

  1. Developing and delivering high-quality products and services, responding promptly and successfully to customer needs while fully complying with good manufacturing practices;
  2. Continuously improving the quality system to minimize the occurrence of non-conforming products by identifying and correcting the causes of non-conformities, to prevent their recurrence.
  3. Achieving and maintaining an adequate level of competence in personnel, through appropriate training activities, to address technical and managerial issues without improvisation, in line with the customer’s expectations and the expectations of other stakeholders;
  4. Achieving and maintaining an adequate level of punctuality through professional commitment and careful planning of activities to meet the obligations and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Operating in compliance with legal requirements.
  6. Reducing the environmental impact of its processes by identifying significant environmental aspects. These aspects are analyzed and evaluated within our processes, aiming to reduce consumption and waste, efficiently use raw materials, minimize waste, with the ultimate goal of protecting the environment and contributing to the fight against climate change.
  7. Achieving full engagement of staff at all levels, ensuring that they fully understand the company’s quality and environmental policy, and actively collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system.
  8. Defining quality indicators and environmental objectives, based on which improvement plans are made and periodically reviewed.
  9. Implementing a structured process for reporting and communicating sustainability initiatives, ensuring the dissemination of information both internally and externally and promoting a shared responsibility culture.

Therefore, the General Management believes that certification to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 22716:2008 standards, along with the adoption of the VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed SMEs) reporting system, will be useful tools to achieve the set objectives.
To this end, Framesi defines the following principles as reference points for its Quality and Environmental Policy:

  1. Customer, Stakeholder, and Environmental Focus
Framesi is committed to understanding the needs of its clients and plans its activities to fully meet them, prioritizing product and service quality and environmental issues. It operates in compliance with the requests and requirements of:
  • The target market
  • The countries in which it operates/exports
  • All parties involved in its critical processes

  1. Process Approach
Framesi identifies the various activities within its organization as processes to be planned, controlled, and continuously improved, activating the best resources for their execution. Framesi manages its processes to ensure that:
  • The objectives to be pursued and the expected results are clear
  • The associated responsibilities and the resources used are well-defined

  1. Leadership
Framesi takes responsibility for the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS), providing all the necessary resources and ensuring that the planned objectives align with the context and strategic directions. Framesi communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all stakeholders, coordinating and supporting them.

  1. Risk and Opportunity Assessment
Framesi plans its processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach in order to implement the most appropriate actions to:
  • Assess and manage the risks associated with the processes
  • Leverage and reinforce identified opportunities
Framesi promotes a proactive approach at all levels to manage risks. Specifically, within production, control, storage, and shipping, the RBT approach is closely related to GMP requirements and environmental impact assessments.

  1. Involvement of Staff and Stakeholders
Framesi understands that engaging staff and all stakeholders, together with the active participation of all collaborators, is a key strategic element. It promotes the development of internal skills and careful selection of external collaborations to ensure competent and motivated human resources.

  1. Improvement
Framesi sets the permanent objective of improving the performance of its Quality Management System (QMS). The preliminary evaluation of risks and opportunities related to business processes, internal and external audits, and management reviews represent the fundamental tools used to ensure continuous improvement.
The tools chosen to pursue the Quality and Environmental Policy include:
  • A certified Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 22716:2008 standards, which systematically analyze and measure business processes, monitoring performance
  • The adoption of the VSME reporting system, aimed at enhancing and transparently communicating the company’s sustainability practices.

The observance of the Integrated Management System and its continuous improvement will be ensured through:

  • Inspections conducted by internal personnel and external auditors (for certified parts of the system);
  • Periodic management reviews;
  • Definition and monitoring of the objectives set within the QMS and sustainability reports.
